Solving Learning Puzzles, One Question at a Time.
I am a Learning & Development professional with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering training programs across higher education, emergency management, and community organizations. My work encompasses a range of activities, including creating eLearning modules in Articulate, developing multi-year training calendars tailored to diverse audiences, and facilitating in-person, hybrid, and virtual training opportunities.
The questions we don’t ask become the puzzles we don’t solve. I lead with curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement, asking the right questions to uncover root causes, connect patterns, and build solutions that work not just in theory, but in practice.
I believe learning should be interactive, accessible, and actionable. Whether developing a preparedness course for faculty and staff, building engagement models for student leaders, or designing table-top exercises, I focus on creating training experiences that are easy to use, practical, and measurable in impact.
I’m skilled in instructional design, facilitation, and program management, with hands-on expertise in tools like Articulate 360, PowerPoint, Canva, Zoom, Google Meets, and Microsoft Teams. My background also includes developing training toolkits, gamified learning experiences, and inclusive practices that help organizations build stronger, more prepared teams.
Outside of my professional work, I’m active in arts and community organizations, where I continue to design programs that foster belonging and engagement. Feel free to explore my portfolio and connect with me on LinkedIn.
